Adeeb Robotics at PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2025: Booth SL-16019
By Omar Abdulhadi, PhD · September 15, 2025
Adeeb Robotics is exhibiting at PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2025. Find us in booth SL-16019.
As Omar put it when announcing the show: “We have made many enhancements to our robotic motion and software UI since the last show. Don’t forget to check us out!”
Update: This post was written ahead of PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2025. Our next show is PACK EXPO International 2026 in Chicago, October 18–21.
What changed since the last show
Since our last show, our work has focused on the two things you notice first when you stand in front of a running cell: how the robot moves, and how you operate it.
- Robotic motion. We have improved how our Delta Robot moves under the Adeeb Robot Controller. For packaging lines, motion quality is the product: it decides pick rate, placement accuracy, and how gently the product is handled.
- Software UI. We have improved the operator-facing software UI. A small engineering team should be able to configure, run, and adjust a cell without calling in an integrator for every change.
The booth is the best place to see these changes on real hardware.
Who should stop by
PACK EXPO brings together packaging and processing engineers, so we’re especially keen to meet:
- Packaging and food & beverage engineers evaluating high-speed pick-and-place. The Delta Robot is a parallel-kinematic robot rated at 100+ picks per minute, ±0.05 mm repeatability, up to 6 kg payload, and IP65 protection as standard, with NSF-certified material options for food lines.
- Controls engineers who want robot control they can program directly. The Robot Controller supports 6/7-axis robots, palletizers, SCARA, and delta robots, with native conveyor tracking and a Python programming interface.
- Machine builders and OEMs building their own motion systems on EtherCAT. The Adeeb EtherCAT Master is a deterministic real-time master stack with a 250 μs minimum cycle time, sub-microsecond jitter, and up to 128 synchronized axes.
All three products are designed to work together. The Delta Robot communicates natively over EtherCAT, and the EtherCAT Master gives deterministic multi-axis coordination underneath the controller.
Bring your application
The most useful booth conversations start with a real problem: a product you need to pick, a conveyor you need to track, or a line you need to speed up. Bring your part sizes, target rates, and line layout, and we’ll talk through how a Delta cell would fit.
To see the kind of application we build for, read our recycling sorting case study. A startup with Python skills and no robotics experience deployed vision-guided Delta robot sorting with the Delta Robot, Robot Controller, and EtherCAT Master.
Can’t make it to Las Vegas?
You can still see how the system works:
- Watch Running the Adeeb Robot Controller on Linux. It walks through configuration, the Python API, and the demo script we use at the PACK EXPO booth.
- See Automating Pick-and-Place with the Autorun Feature for vision-guided conveyor picking, start to finish.
- Browse the training videos and documentation for the Robot Controller and EtherCAT Master.
Let’s talk
If you’re looking at high-speed pick-and-place for a packaging line, start with the Delta Robot product page. Then book a demo or contact our team to discuss your application, whether or not you can make it to booth SL-16019.
